Cape Winelands Professional Consulting Services (CWPCS) is an authorized trading division of Siyakhana Consulting. Contracting, invoicing, and engagement mandates are issued under Siyakhana Consulting.
Written engagement
A website enquiry or consultation request does not create a professional engagement. Services commence only after acceptance of a written scope, quotation and engagement mandate, including applicable identity, risk and conflict checks.
Indicative fees
Monthly packages and calculator recommendations are indicative and exclude VAT. Final fees, service inclusions, transaction limits and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Managed Finance pricing may exceed R12,500 per month. Projects and scope changes require a separate agreed quote.
Appointments
A preferred consultation date is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The practice will confirm availability directly.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate and timely information and authorised filing instructions. Filing deadlines, review responsibilities and confidentiality obligations are addressed in each engagement mandate.
Professional scope
Services are delivered within the authorisations and competence of the appointed practitioners. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of a particular tax outcome, approval or regulatory decision.
